If you recharge your virtual wallet and decide not to utilize the balance, you can request a 100% refund of the unutilized balance within **48 hours** of the recharge transaction. Refund requests should be logged to support@astronik.in.

2. Digital PDF Report Cancellations

Custom PDF Astrology Reports are compiled instantly upon user request utilizing high-performance calculations. Once the compilation process initiates, the transaction becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Consultation Disconnections

If a live consultation session with a human partner is disconnected within the first 2 minutes due to technical network failures or partner unavailability, your wallet balance for that session will be restored instantly. For longer calls, disputes can be raised with our support team, and valid cases are refunded within **5-7 business days** to your original payment source.
